Pete has consistently provided excellent customer service and quality work. He has installed faucets, spigots, toilets, showers, and disposal at my house. I trust his work will last for the long term, and he is overall just friendly guy and good communicator. Would highly recommend for someone who needs a reliable plumber at a fair price.

Backed up sink after New Years Eve, and stuff I was buying At Lowe's or Home Depot was not working. I needed my sink & kitchen back. After 2 days of me trying to fix it I finally gave in and called a professional. Andre's Pro Plumbing responded to my distress call and showed up the very next morning. Very professional, very informative, showed me what the problem was and Very reasonable. Having A plumbing problem didn't create a financial problem. My experience with contractors has been a consistent story of disappointment until I contacted Henry at Plumbit. He was quick to come out and promptly identified the source of my leak and addressed the issue. His price was reasonable, if not better than expected, and he was transparent in everything he did. I recently did a shower remodel and the contractor wanted to have their plumber come out to install the new valve; I called Henry instead and he was there the next day. I thought I had taken a photo, but the work was very professional in both function and form.
I may not have a reliable contractor for anything else, but when it comes to all things plumbing, I'll be calling Henry.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Blue Lion.  They replaced our 50 gal electric water heater, and plumbed it right, with a good attitude, and without complaint (nor additional charges) for non-standard items that I didn't mention beforehand.  Without agreeing to specifics before starting, they also installed a new expansion tank and put in a draining (to the outside) leak pan, and removed the piping that was in the way from a water softener.  They worked quickly and well, and it all looks great.  I am very pleased with every aspect of this: cost, quality, communication and on-time arrival, and going the extra mile to do it all the right way!

A very rude person, I called to ask for a quote and he quote me something with a huge range. I then asked if he could come by when ever he was in my part of the town and he started going on about how he would loose business  if he did that. OMG, i was just asking as I wanted a quote, if the range was in few hundred $$ i was even fine but said it all depends on what have to replaced. I would stay away from people like this. He needs to tone himself down and be at least less rude to win new business. He could be a one man show and I understand he can't drive all around town but working with your customer as I was very flexible and he was point blank rude. Watch out if you are a new customer.

I am so impressed with this company. I reached out on a Saturday for assistance via Yelp and the manager, Cody responded within a few minutes.
He explained to me over the phone what needed to be done and was very upfront and honest regarding price and materials needed.
The manager gave me a date and really worked around my schedule as my husband and I work in schools.
On the date provided, his plumbers got stuck on a job and so he himself came out because he promised me a date and delivered.
You can tell he's just a very honest guy trying to do honest business.
I am very happy with the job completed and hope to do business in the future with a water softener!

Tsanko was excellent.  He completely replaced the guts of a 55 year old toilet that had been running for more than a month.  It works perfectly again.  I had repaired it many times over the years.
He also worked on our guest bath modern Kohler.  So high tech it couln't be adjusted to stop running.  Replacement parts from Kohler are special order.  For 40 years I've done my own repairs (and replacements).  I installed this toliet 11 years ago and have repaired its guts twice.  Since I nolonger can get down on my knees to do a replacement I got on the internet and found BG Plumbing and Tsanko.  He took a call right away.  I gave his an idea of the problem and what I had done in the past.  He was familiar with this Kohler and gave me a price range depending on an inspection.  He played with the internals a few minutes, HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING.  We agreed to replace it.  He went to get parts (and the new toilet) and was back in less than an hour.  An hour later both toilets were working properly.  NO mess, no spilled water everywhere, like my repairs.  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

I have used People's Choice Plumbing now for my past three plumbing instances. Each time, they have been professional, courteous and very prompt. They even scheduled an earlier visit due to my urgent situation. I and definitely a satisfied customer!

Great customer service and knowledgeable techs. Ryan was very professional and explained all services to me. I had a 12ft tunnel under my house and 35 feet of pipe replacement through my yard. The amount of work completed for the price was better than 4 other plumbers I called. The work was completed in less than 2 weeks. I recommend A&A plumbing and will use their services again.

We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work.  Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. Bill continues to demonstrate an excellent and a affordable service! My previous review of EZ Flow was on August 2016, and I was very impressed. Same thing today. Texted him Sunday morning, scheduled for Monday morning between 9 to 10. 9am sharp, a knock on the door! He inspected the mess under the kitchen sink, went out to get some parts, and by 11am everything was fixed and ready to go. Your search is over, this is THE plumber! Thank you Bill!

Well looks like my last review was right, after the last job Gilbert did. He gave me a bid for replacing my water heaters and pressure regulator value. I got that bid the same day, even thou he said to shop around for prices I did not. I knew that day I wanted to use Gilbert again.

Gilbert and Blake came out and did a fantastic job! I will say this has been my BEST yelp decision yet. I have used Blue Dragon going on three times now and will continue to use them.

Texas All Cash Home Buyers have used Josh and his team at Mr. Rooter for over hundred service calls and renovation projects.  There friendly, scheduling when needed and very fair pricing.  They have become our preferred plumber of choice and would recommend them to anyone.

I called Guarantee Plumbing after coming home from vacation to find my house flooded from a broken pipe in my bathroom. Guarantee plumbing sent their plumbers to my house the same day. I believe one of plumbers name was Manuel. Manuel was very professional and explained in detail to what needed done. The two plumbers who came to my house stopped the water and fixed the piping quickly and also helped me clean up the water. Guarantee plumbing went out of their way to resolve my problem.
I will definitely recommend Guarantee plumbing to any oh my friends and relatives.

I scheduled a simple consult with AAA Auger. 3 DAYS IN A ROW they didn't show up, calling in the late afternoon to cancel. Never again.

Team was experienced and efficient. Responded right away and took great care of us. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

I have paid 36.95 a month for 4 yrs to have Jon Wayne come out twice a year to do maintenance and keep the system that we paid 10k for in condition. They changed the contract without telling us and now say it is once a year. Now my compressor is out and I called to get a service tech out. I had to leave a message and no one called me back. An hour later I called again. She, Christine said she would have someone out and call me back and tell me when they were coming. With no call back I called again. Josh now says no one can come out until tomorrow. I will be filing with better business bureau. Don't pay for the rescue servicemonthly fee!  Total rip off!

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
